How To Make A Dry Rub For BBQ Ribs
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cayenne
Mix all the together in a bowl untill well blended. You can store your bbq rub in a air tight tupperware container or zip lock bag. When you put the rub on your ribs only use a bit. You do not want to douse your ribs with too much bbq rub. A light even sprinkle of this rub should do it. If you want your bb rub to be more or less hot, adjust your cayenne pepper amounts.
